Time

As I sit here in a quiet house, everyone is asleep. I thank God for our new life here in Okinawa. His blessings keep pouring in on us. It's funny we have the minimum but we are happy. It's kind of like Christmas when the kids play with the boxes more than the toys. I know it won't last, the stuff comes soon, activities will start and school will begin. I will one day sit on a couch again, but my prayer is that this time here in Okinawa will not be wasted on the busyness of life. I want to look back and be glad about the way I have chosen to spend my time.
