Typhoon Fizzles
Well it has taken a turn to the East. The girls are a bit dissapointed. They were looking forward to putting into action all of their typhoon survival skills. We should just be getting high winds and some rain. I guess all the tents and food supply locations throughout the house will have to be put to use in another manner! So much for Tropical Storm Sinlaku......

Sorry they were dissapointed. Better that than to be hurt or homeless. Phillip had to leave Houston early due to Ike. They ended up closing the hotel he stayed at. I am so glad they decided to come home early.

How's it going? Sorry that the girls were dissapointed over the weather. I remember Rebecca's excitement years ago when we had Hurricane Isabelle come through. She got to sleep under the kitchen table. We were without power for 7days so we got to rough it. Taking baths were by far the most interesting.
Rebecca and Emily say "Hi Samantha, Taylor, Katie and Zackary. We miss you and can't wait to talk to you again!"
We're off to co-op, then soccer. Jay has a phone interview tonight. This job would be great. It's work from home with some travel tossed into the mix. His main office would be in VA Beach but they have offices nationwide. Pray!!!
